Belly and Biceps

Exercises include: Semi Circle, Hundred, Coordination, Coordination with beats, Reverse Rowing and Flat Back Rowing with Arm Circle, Up-Stretch, Elephant on one leg (Arabesque), elephant, Horizontal Arm (abduction/adduction with rotation, pulling out/up/reaching over), Star (Snake).
